Our "History of Syracuse Rock-n-Roll" project will reunite many of the area's most popular bands from the late 60s through the 70s, each for a one-night-only engagement!  

Celebrating 75 plus years of Syracuse radio with the legacy of both station WOLF - WNDR combined in one station now known as "The Din0saur" still broadcasting from the Historical broadcasting facility at the Inner Harbor where the music became hits.....  Come meet the Disc jockeys that ruled your radios and played the songs you still listen too... The Personalities that introduced you to The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin the Rascals, Three Dog Night, and the Grateful dead....
The Wolf - Wndr Reunion Saturday August 8th with Wolf Disc Jockeys Howie Castle, Jeff Laurence, and  Dick Snyder, also Wndr Disc Jockeys Dick Mastriano, and Phil Markert, Fran McGrath and many others form the news dept., sales and management... with live on air interviews 9am to 1pm on “The Din0saur” and a meet and greet at 8pm till mid night open to the public with live music from "The Night Caps" and Smokin this event is free and open to the public.... at Pensabene's 125 state Fair Blvd.  

All concerts take place at Pensabene's Casa Grande, 135 State Fair Blvd, Syracuse.
  • From the west, take I-690 to Exit 8 (Hiawatha Blvd), turn right on Hiawatha, then left onto State Fair Blvd.
  • From the east, take I-690 to Exit 10 (N Geddes St), turn left on Geddes, left on W Genesee and right onto State Fair.

All concerts are FREE and open to everyone!

We plan to have one concert per month, over the course of the coming year.  We're still looking for bands who are interested in getting back together again to participate in this project.  Click here for more details on how you can get involved.
